SHAPE NURTURE MOVE CIC FREE Industry Dance Sessions at Spotlight Youth Centre, Langdon Park

Every Monday from 6:30pm–8:00pm, Shape Nurture Move delivers free industry level dance sessions at Spotlight Youth Centre in Langdon Park, exclusively for those aged 11–19.

• Performance quality & stage presence development
• Technique, musicality & execution
• Creative exploration and discipline
• A supportive, focused training environment
• Occasional special guest industry professionals

Dancers from these sessions have performed a number of events including the IMD x SNM show in 2025!

We actively provide opportunities for dancers to gain live performance experience and build confidence in professional settings.
