Shape Nurture Move’s hub is the home of our movement culture where dancers are shaped, nurtured and pushed forward.
We operate a range of classes, training programs and creative pathways designed to develop dancers at every stage of their journey,
At the heart of Shape Nurture Move, is IMD Legion, our UK crew leaders with over 15 years of legacy alongside SNM X our new generation platform built to push innovation, performance, versatility and employability .
Together they form one eco system, reintroducing Legion Dance Academy and expand in into new pathways including aerial skills , mature mover classes one to one sessions and employability pathways for dancers and movement leaders.

A structured training pathway delivered under the IMD Legion standard. Focused on developing technical precision, performance quality and confidence within a supportive and progressive environment. Legion Academy provides clear direction for dancers who want to grow, refine their skills and train with purpose at a consistent, high standard.
SNM X
High-quality movement training delivered under SNM
SNMX Performance Group (Invite only). A selected performance collective for dancers ready to represent the SNM standard and train at an elevated level.
Adult Dance Fitness & Stretch: Welcoming, movement based fitness sessions focused on staying active, improving mobility and building strength. Combining fun choreography, conditioning and guided stretch in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Perfect for adults returning to movement, maintaining long-term wellbeing or simply wanting to enjoy dance while keeping fit.
Aerial Hoop (Coming soon) Strength-based aerial training focused on control, flexibility and creative expression.
CPD Sessions: Professional development workshops designed for staff, educators and organisations looking to strengthen delivery, structure and movement training standards.
